To best support the needs of both employees and the organization, ORNL offers a variety of workplace flexibility options. 

ORNL provides options that allow employees to balance time or adjust scheduled work hours in addition to vacation, personal days and paid holidays, as well as the opportunity to work off-site on a situational basis.
